The YES program is based on a five-step process. 

1. Students are identified through referral and assessment data.
2. Jointly with the teacher, our staff determines the most critical learning needs for the student
3. Learning benchmarks are developed.
4. A tutoring plan is designed to focus intensively in specific skills.
5. The teacher re-assesses and refocuses curriculum based on progress.

Instruction is tailored to each individual student need and development.

Intensive skill development sessions are followed by a take-home project designed for students to apply and practice the skills learned.
